Breakthrough

Yesterday's Cg was enjoyable and ministering. I can feel God's power moving - in the midst of us and through the people who are ministering. The kingdom of God is forcefully advancing and God's hand is in it! Biblical breakthrough - a near and yet far concept. Far cos it appears to be unreachable at times of uncertainty, disappointments and discouragement but power is released when we pray a faith-filled prayer to God. When was the last time I prayed such a prayer to God? Many times. I just need the power of the holy spirit. Near cos God is not just with us, He lives in us! What is the image we see when we look into the mirror. The image of God in us or a defeated, pathetic soul? When we realise our identity as children of God and embrace His calling for us, we will experience a breakthrough. No standard formula. Just a shift in perspective. Through the eyes of God or through the eyes of Chia Jiayan. I choose the first because it brings FREEDOM.
