Relating to our bosses

I had a good catch up with June and Jinghe tonight sharing about our lives and having some interesting conversations. Also learnt a new term on "The Harnessing Approach" to counsel a suicidal person...well.. Jinghe shared abt his lunch with his christian colleagues and what he learnt from them. It is very encouraging and makes me wonder abt the kind of relationship I've with my colleagues as well as my boss. Sometimes not too satisfying but I guess the key to build relationship is to first understd the pple we wrk with. Here's an interesting profiling of bosses which I sent to the CG before:
